The Togolese branch of Coris Bank International, a banking group from Burkina Faso, reported a rise in its total balance sheet from 428 billion FCFA in 2021 to 528 billion FCFA by the end of September 2024. This information was shared by the bank’s director, Alassane Kaboré, during the celebration of the institution’s tenth anniversary on Thursday, February 20, 2025, in Lomé.
This growth represents a 23% increase over three years, reinforcing the upward trajectory of the bank, which ranked third in Togo’s banking sector in 2021 based on balance sheet size.
Additionally, customer deposits have shown positive growth, now totaling 310 billion FCFA, while net credit provisions have reached 206.9 billion FCFA, marking a 15.7% increase over the past year. The bank emphasizes its unique approach to banking, boasting a customer base of over 79,000 and 196,000 users of its electronic wallet service.

Alassane Kaboré attributes this momentum to the bank’s diverse service offerings and extensive territorial reach, supported by a network of 17 branches and 16 ATMs. He believes these achievements reflect significant changes within the Togolese banking landscape and highlight the ongoing evolution of financial services in the nation.
