For the 2025 Hajj season, the cost for Togolese pilgrims to travel to Mecca remains at 3.27 million FCFA. This information was shared by the National Hajj Commission (CNH) during the official launch of preparations held on February 20 in Lomé.
While the price remains stable, several enhancements are planned for this year. The package now includes the purchase of holy water, known as “Zam Zam,” and pilgrims will enjoy improved accommodations, with category C tents replacing the previous category D for greater comfort.
Additionally, four cooks along with Togolese condiments will be provided to ensure higher quality meals during the pilgrimage.
Moreover, the duration of stay following the completion of the rites has been shortened, thanks to logistical improvements made in collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines and Fly Nass.
As of now, 1,800 candidates have registered out of the anticipated 2,425, with the registration deadline set for Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
