Before commencing its operations, Star Garments Group Limited secured $15 million in funding from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in July 2024. This financing, which is approximately 9 billion CFA francs, is intended to help the company grow its operations in Togo’s textile and clothing sector, particularly focusing on the production of garments through the “cut-assemble-finish” method.
