Togo: New Civil Servant Appointments have been Announced.

In Togo, the assignments for newly appointed civil servants have been announced, with their official start date set for March 31, 2025.

This information was shared by the Ministry of Public Service Reform, Labor, and Social Dialogue in a press release issued on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, regarding candidates who successfully participated in the general recruitment competition for civil servants held in February 2022.

Newly recruited individuals can access the list of their assignments on the ministry’s website or at the regional labor directorates located in Tsévié, Atakpamé, Sokodé, Kara, and Dapaong.

The ministry has also stated that any individuals who fail to report to their assigned posts will be replaced, in line with existing regulations.

A total of 3,008 new civil servants were selected through this competition. Additionally, the government plans to onboard over 14,000 new personnel in 2025, with a significant emphasis on the education sector, where 8,000 positions are expected to be filled, as projected by the end of 2024.
