Togo to Update Digital Strategy for 2025-2030

Togo is planning to update its digital strategy, with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation (MENTD) initiating a review of its national “Togo Digital” strategy for the period 2025-2030.

A call for expressions of interest has been launched to recruit a qualified firm or consultant to undertake this strategic mission. The selected firm or consultant will be responsible for assessing the current strategy, redefining priority areas in line with new socio-economic and technological realities, and developing a budgeted action plan.

The updated strategy will focus on innovation, digital inclusion, and the creation of local value, with the goal of building a more resilient and competitive economy.

This update is part of the Togo Digital Acceleration Project (PANT), supported by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group.

The successful consultant will have three months to deliver the country’s new digital roadmap. Expressions of interest are due by June 17, 2025.
