The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has equipped the PRNigeria Centre in Ilorin with modern digital infrastructure, marking a significant step in bridging the digital divide for young Nigerians.
Dr. Mohammed Onimisi Yahaya of NITDA highlighted the project’s strategic importance in building a digitally empowered society. The upgrade includes solar power, high-performance computers, interactive displays, and high-speed internet.

Mr. Abdulhameed Tayo Shittu, Manager of the PRNigeria Centre, praised NITDA’s Director General for supporting the digital agenda and noted that the enhanced facilities will enable them to train a new generation of digitally skilled communicators. He also thanked the Kwara State Government and local community leaders for their support.
