The Togolese Center for Exhibitions and Fairs (CETEF) has announced that booth reservations are now open for the 20th Lomé International Fair (FIL), scheduled to take place from November 28 to December 14, 2025. Reservations will be accepted until August 31.
This year’s edition is particularly significant as it marks the 40th anniversary of the event. In celebration of this milestone, registration will be conducted exclusively online through the dedicated platform: e-fil.cetef.tg.
Companies, economic operators, and national and international institutions are encouraged to complete their registration formalities promptly. CETEF advises potential exhibitors to make their reservations as soon as possible due to logistical constraints and the limited availability of spaces.

“It is strongly recommended to finalize registration as soon as possible,” or risk losing the opportunity to secure a space, stated Dr. Alexandre de Souza, Director General of CETEF. He added that the online system is designed to digitize all procedures related to the event, streamlining the process for both exhibitors and visitors.

Launched in 1985 as a biennial event, the Lomé International Fair has evolved into a major economic event in West Africa. Now an annual event, FIL attracts exhibitors from Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, providing a platform for trade, promoting innovation, and fostering multi-sector cooperation.
