In Togo, the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCy) has recently added three new online procedures to the public services platform of the State.
Industry stakeholders can now submit their requests for the qualification of service providers, the qualification of security products, and the approval of assessment centers directly through the digital portal. This advancement will enable users to track the status of their requests in real time and engage with the ANCy through an integrated communication tool.

This development aligns with the government’s strategy to modernize public administration and addresses the increasing need for secure online operations, particularly in a landscape characterized by a growing reliance on digital technologies.
It is worth noting that the ANCy became operational in 2021, tasked with the regulation and security of digital activities within Togo.
