“D-CLIC, Train with the OIF” Program Graduates 244 Young Togolese with Digital Skills

The “D-CLIC, Train with the OIF” program in Togo, implemented by the CUBE incubator, concluded last week with a ceremony recognizing the young participants who completed the training.

On April 29, 2025, a total of 244 young Togolese individuals received certificates acknowledging their completion of an intensive five-month digital training program. The program, supported by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) and several Togolese ministries, was deployed in Lomé, Aného, Kara, and Dapaong. It aimed to provide young people with essential skills in web development, mobile technology, digital communication, and digital marketing.

The graduation ceremony took place at the UniPod of the University of Lomé, with the participation of the Minister of Technical Training, Isaac Tchiakpé, and Thi Hoang Mai Tran, regional representative of the OIF.

Following a pitch competition, several projects were presented to experts, entrepreneurs, and development stakeholders in the country. Ten promising projects were selected as finalists and are expected to receive further support. These projects include Koulmed (home nursing care), ASILI Care (organic medicinal products), and ZaraGroup (import-export services).
