Up until February 14, 2025, a group of Togolese organic business owners are participating in the World Organic Food Fair (BIOFACH) in Nuremberg, Germany. It is made up of about ten participants, including very small and medium-sized businesses (VSEs), and its goal is to strengthen Togo’s position in the global organic market and promote Togolese expertise.
The delegation, set up at the “Republic of Togo” stand, displays a range of certified organic goods, such as peanuts, cashew nuts, cashew nuts, ginger, shea butter, honey, and soybeans. These goods, which come from a rapidly expanding industry, are meant to draw in foreign consumers and open up new markets.
