Following the inaugural edition in December 2022, the Togolese capital is set to once again host national meetings centered on human capital. On March 13 and 14, stakeholders in human resources management from Togo and the surrounding region will convene in Lomé.
Under the theme of developing human capital in alignment with Togo’s aspirations, this event aims to gather over a hundred participants from various countries, similar to the first edition. Discussions will focus on topics such as education and training, the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), talent management, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and corporate social responsibility.

“The Country Meetings were established to envision and ‘design’ the most suitable solutions for the stakeholders of today and tomorrow. They serve as vital platforms for dialogue and experience sharing among decision-makers from the public, parapublic, private, and student sectors, with the ultimate goal of fostering the development of human capital that aligns with our growth ambitions,” stated Expertise Locale, the event’s organizer.
