Port Harcourt, Nigeria – As part of Operation DELTA SANITY, the Nigerian Navy Ship PATHFINDER has successfully discovered and deactivated an illegal crude oil dump site in the Okumanga Community of Isaka, Rivers State. The operation underscores the ongoing challenges of oil theft in the Niger Delta region and the Nigerian Navy’s commitment to protecting national resources.
The discovery revealed a significant quantity of stolen crude oil stored in numerous drums. The site was immediately deactivated to prevent further illegal activity.
