Ouro-Koura Agadazi, Togo’s New Ambassador to France

Colonel Ouro-Koura Agadazi was recently appointed as Togo’s new ambassador to France. On February 13, 2025, a presidential decree appointed the former Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, who is currently the Director of the National Agency for Food Security of Togo (ANSAT), to this role.

His appointment closes a diplomatic gap that has existed since Colonel Calixte Madjoulba, the previous ambassador, was appointed Minister of Security and Civil Protection in Lomé.

Given this appointment, it is unclear who will take Agadazi’s place at the National Agency for Food Security in Togo (ANSAT), a crucial organization for Togo’s food security.
