Pascal Mawuli Kové Serves as the National Leader of Cofina-Togo.

Pascal Mawuli Kové has been appointed as the new leader of COFINA-Togo, the Togolese branch of the mesofinance group COFINA. He met with the Prime Minister, Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé, earlier this week to introduce himself. A seasoned banker and former executive within the group, Kové aims to strengthen the subsidiary’s presence in the local market.

COFINA has been operating in Togo since 2020 and currently reports outstanding loans exceeding 30 billion FCFA. With a workforce of over 200 employees, it is the second mesofinance institution established in the country, following SOGEMEF, and plans to enhance its financial service offerings while continuing its growth trajectory.

“We are primarily dedicated to financing the local economy by providing tailored solutions to Togolese entrepreneurs. Our ambition is to expand further by recruiting and developing new talent through our Academy of Excellence,” stated Pascal Mawuli Kové, emphasizing the subsidiary’s goal to gain traction in the Togolese market.
