The Ministry of Higher Education in Togo has announced a call for applications for scholarships to study in Morocco, open to students in their final year of high school. The announcement was made this week, on May 21, 2025.
This initiative, launched in partnership with the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), is part of ongoing bilateral cooperation in education between Togo and Morocco. The scholarships aim to strengthen national capacity in Togo by providing opportunities for talented students to pursue higher education at partner universities in Morocco.

The scholarships are exclusively available to candidates who have achieved a “Good” or higher distinction in the first part of the baccalaureate (BAC I) – the first stage of the Togolese high school leaving exam – and are aged 23 or younger. The scholarships cover the 2025-2026 academic year and are open to students from all general education streams.
Eligible students have until Friday, May 30, at 5 p.m. to submit their applications to the Directorate of Scholarships and Internships (DBS) in Lomé. This scholarship program has been regularly renewed for several years, demonstrating the long-standing commitment of both Togo and Morocco to fostering educational exchange and development.
