In Togo, the government has initiated a national competition to hire medical, paramedical, administrative, and support personnel. This effort, spearheaded by the Ministry of Public Service Reform, Labor, and Social Dialogue, seeks to enhance the workforce of the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene by adding 2,235 new staff members.
Specifically, the allocation includes 202 positions for medical professionals, 1,420 for paramedical personnel, and 613 for administrative and support roles.
As per the recruitment announcement released on Monday, March 31, 2025, applications will be accepted from April 7 to May 9, 2025. Candidates can submit their applications on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at various centers throughout the country.
In the capital city of Lomé, applications should be directed to the office of the Minister of Public Service Reform, Labor, and Social Dialogue, situated along the beachfront. In the interior regions, the cities of Kara and Dapaong will accept applications at their respective regional labor and social law directorates.

Eligibility is open to Togolese individuals aged 18 to 40, while volunteers, contract workers, and those who have completed service qualifying for retirement may apply if they are up to 45 years old.
The written examinations are scheduled for Saturday, May 31, 2025. This recruitment initiative is part of a broader plan by Togolese authorities to incorporate 14,120 new agents across various sectors in 2025, aligning with their strategy to bolster public services.
