The Togolese Football Federation (FTF) has approved its budget for the 2025 fiscal year, totaling 3.8 billion CFA francs. The budget, adopted during the ordinary congress held in Aného on May 23, 2025, represents a 5.7% increase compared to the 3.6 billion CFA francs allocated in 2024, and an 18% increase compared to 2023’s budget of 3.2 billion CFA francs.
According to the FTF executive committee, led by Guy Akpovy, this budget will support the ongoing efforts to revitalize national football through several key projects. These include continuing construction on the National Technical Center in Gbavé, installing artificial turf at the Federation’s headquarters, and rehabilitating the regional league headquarters.

A portion of the budget will also be dedicated to organizing national competitions, including first and second division championships, regional leagues, youth tournaments, and other football events. Training and developing players are also among the Federation’s priorities.
The FTF stated that the budget will be primarily financed by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), contributing 2.7 billion CFA francs. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) will provide 300 million CFA francs, the Togolese government will contribute 270 million CFA francs, and the remaining funds will be raised through sponsorships and competition revenue
