Lomé is set to host the 10th Festival de l’Immobilier (FestImmo) from May 9 to 11. The main real estate fair will take place at the Centre Togolais des Expositions et Foires (CETEF) Togo 2000.
Last week, the organizers announced the details of the event during a press conference. FestImmo serves as a venue for professionals, investors, and individuals interested in purchasing property to connect.
“Real estate plays a crucial role in economic development, and we need to innovate, adjust our methods, and support everyone seeking to acquire housing or invest,” remarked Romuald Akitani, Head of FestImmo.
The fair will include expert consultations, showcasing the latest innovations in the industry, conferences, and B2B meetings, among other activities.
The organizers anticipate participation from 300 companies and around 30,000 visitors.
